The Marian Central Hurricanes had scored 4 runs in each of the first 3 innings against the Chicago Christian Knights at Ray Benoy Field Wednesday afternoon.
The weather hasn’t exactly been cooperation for area high schools home games early in the season, but the Marian Centrals girls soccer team managed to fit a game in on Tuesday between the rain, snow and cold days of the week.
Marian Central and Woodstock North both won their 1st round regional games Monday night. The schools are each hosting regional action this week with more games Wednesday and Friday nights.
