Michael J. Harrigan

 

Michael J. Harrigan, 66, Woodstock, died Tuesday, April 3, at Centegra Hospital-Woodstock.

He was born April 6, 1945, in Evergreen Park to Patrick and Margaret (McNichols) Harrigan. On Dec.19, 1976, he married Jeanette M. Doyle in Palos Park.

He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University. He worked for Ford Motor Company and loved the outdoors.

Survivors include his wife, two daughters, Shannon (John) Duckworth, St. Louis, and Katie (Jason Butcher) Harrigan, Memphis, Tenn.; two grandchildren, Finn Duckworth and Elliott Duckworth; a sister, Margaret Harrigan, Evergreen Park; a brother, Jim (Connie) Harrigan; and two nieces, Christy and Jamie.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation was April 7 at the Harrigan residence.

Internment was in the Resurrection Cemetery, Justice.

Arrangements were made by Justen Funeral Home and Crematory, McHenry.
