Joan C. Lowe, 85, Woodstock, died Sunday, March 29, 2015, at Valley Hi Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Sept. 2, 1929, to Oscar and Marion (Curtis) Anderson, in Chicago.
On June 5, 1954, she married Frank Lowe.
Survivors include a son, Trace Lowe; two daughters, Kathryn (Mike) Nelson and Janice Kee; a step-son, Steven Schrodt; five grandchildren, Allison Grice, Daniel Kee, Eric Kee, Lauren Kee and Matthew Nelson; two great-grandchildren, Autumn Gorecki and Ayden Grice; and a sister, Joyce Anderson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and eight brothers and sisters.
All services will be private.
