During a dedication ceremony Friday for Woodstock’s rehabilitated Metra depot, Mayor Brian Sager discusses plans the commuter train service has for the city. Those include a new warming station for passengers in the short term, and later a new rail yard west of town that would greatly increase train traffic here.
