  • Kenneth W. Weser, 49, Woodstock, was arrested April 24 in the 700 block of Prairie View Lane on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear. Bond $10,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 12.
  • Gabriel Sanchez-Castro, 21, Lake in the Hills, was arrested April 25 at U.S. 14 and Lake Shore Drive on charges of crossing a designated median, no valid driver’s license, and illegal possession of open alcohol and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear. Bonds $3,000 and $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court dates May 21 and June 3.
  • Elizabeth A. Weyrough, 30, was arrested April 27 in the 800 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of using electronic device while driving, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date June 3.
  • Justin L. Kelly, 33, Woodstock, was arrested April 27 inn the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on charges of using electronic device while driving, driving while license suspended. Possession of cannabis in a vehicle (driver). Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date June 3.
  • Trevor A. Pilz, 26, Crystal Lake, was arrested April 28 at Route 47 and Country Club Road on charges of using electronic device while driving, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 3.
  • Jesse A. Martinez, 19, Woodstock, was arrested April 28 in the 3500 block of Lily Pond Road on charges of no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no valid registration. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date June 3.

  • Jonathan M. Franzen, 23, Woodstock, was arrested April 23 on a charge of unlawful trespass on railroad property.

  • 3:27 p.m. – Hughes Road and U.S. 14, traffic accident with no injuries; ambulance, shift commander, truck

  • 1:35 a.m. – 200 block of Macintosh Avenue; carbon monoxide incident; ambulance, shift commander, engine
  • 2:31 p.m. – 17800 block of Lincoln Road, Harvard, assist police or other agency; deputy chief, truck
  • 9:40 p.m. – Country Club and McConnell Roads, passenger vehicle fire; ambulance, shift commander, truck

  • 10:07 a.m. – 400 block of South Eastwood Drive, unintentional smoke detector activation, no fire; ambulance, shift commander, truck
  • 6:13 p.m. – 700 block of Prairie Ridge Drive, smoke or odor removal; engineering
  • 10:01 p.m. – 600 block of McHenry Avenue, electrical wiring/equipment problem/other; truck
