  • Shabar Scott, 27, Woodstock, was arrested May 28 at Eastwood Drive and McConnell Road on charges of no valid driver’s license and seat belt violation. Release after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 8.
  • Axel E. Montero Tapia, 20, Woodstock, was arrested May 28 at Lake Avenue and Cobblestone Way on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 8.
  • Tino R. Perez, 22, McHenry, was arrested May 29 at McHenry Avenue and Hickman Lane on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, uninsured motor vehicle, and loud exhaust. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond and surrender of driver’s license. Court date July 2
  • Valissa A. Moore, 52, Woodstock, was arrested May 29 in the 400 block of Clay Street on charges of resisting a peace officer and intoxicated person in roadway. Bond $100. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 1.
  • Stacey M. Praninskas, 40, Woodstock, was arrested May 29 in the 2300 block of Aspen Drive on charges of assault, criminal trespass to real property, and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Edward R. Ayklward, 72, Woodstock, was arrested May 30 at U.S. 14 and Lily Pond Road on a McHenry County warrant charging criminal trespass to land. Bond $100. Released on personal recognizance. Court date June 10.
  • Guadalupe Almanza, 44, Carpentersville, was arrested May 31 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of aggravated battery in a public place, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, reckless conduct, reckless driving, following too closely, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage, failure to give aid/info at scene. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Justin A. Schulze, 31, Woodstock, was arrested May 30 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of driving while license revoked and improper display of registration. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 28.
  • Mariela Macedo-Vivero, 29, Round Lake Beach, was arrested June 1 at McConnell Road and Duncan Place on charges of speeding, uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license revoked. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 8.
  • Donald J. Heintz, 33, Woodstock, was arrested June 1 in the 700 block of St. John’s Road on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Molly J. Botts, 29, Woodstock, was arrested June 2 at Country Club Road and Leah Lane on a charge of driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 8.
  • Ricardo Espinosa, 29, Crystal Lake, was arrested June 2 in the 700 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of using an electronic device while driving and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 15.
  • Isidoro Soza, 58, Marengo, was arrested June 2 at Lake Avenue and Catalpa Lane on a charge of no valid driver’s license. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 15.
  • Marcus D. Gross, 21, Woodstock, was arrested June 3 in the 1100 block of Clay Street on charges of disobeying a stop sign, resisting a peace officer, driwing while license suspended, and uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond and personal recognizance. Court date July 15.
