  • Juan P. Lagunes-Marciano, 40, Palatine, was arrested June 4 at Raffel Road and Haydn Street on charges of no valid driver’s license, uninsured motor vehicle, and disobeying a stop sign. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 15. 
  • Destiny O. Shields, 23, Chicago, was arrested June 4 in the 1100 block of Clay Street on charges of no valid driver’s license and speeding. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 15. 
  • Joseph A. Savino, 38, Lakemoor, was arrested June 6 in the 2200 block of North Seminary Avenue on charges of aggravated battery to peace officer (two counts), possession of stolen vehicle, resisting a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, driving under the influence with combination of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compound, driving while license revoked, driver possession of cannabis in motor vehicle, illegal transport of open alcohol, speeding (two counts), improper lane usage (three counts), failure to signal when turning (two counts), and disobeying traffic control device. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set. 
  • Male juvenile, 17, Woodstock, was arrested June 7 in the 400 block of Washington Street on charges of no valid driver’s license and using an electronic device while driving. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 22. 
  • Travis R. Surma, 20, Woodstock, was arrested June 8 in the 200 block of East Calhoun Street on charges of driving while license suspended and seatbelt violation. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 15. 
  • Matthew P. Brock, 46, Woodstock, was arrested June 10 at South Jefferson Street and Griffing Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bond $3,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court date June 25. 
  • Robert P. Burtcher, 53, Woodstock, was arrested June 10 in the 200 block of North Street on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
