  • Kenneth W. Weser, 49, Woodstock, was arrested July 17 in the 700 block of Prairie View Lane on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bond $15,000. Taken to jail. Court date to be set. 
  • Christian T. Ellis, 21, Rockford, was arrested July 18 at Pleasant and Amsterdam streets on charges of driving under the influence, uninsured motor vehicle, and battery (two counts). Bond $3,100. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Aug. 28. 
  • Douglas M. Enders, 40, Woodstock, was arrested July 17 in the 900 and 600 blocks of Lake Avenue on charges of aggravated domestic battery, unlawful restraint, criminal damage to state-supported property, and an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant charging violation of parole/supervised release. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set. 
  • Ricky L. Smith, 65, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 17 at Irving Avenue and North Eastwood Drive on charges of driving under the influence, uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrender of driver’s license. Court date Aug. 28. 
  • Jason A. Lobue, 40, Woodstock, was arrested July 18 in the 200 block of Main Street on charges of theft control/intent of $500 to $10,000, mob action, and theft control/intent of less than $500. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set. 
  • Victor L. Mena, 33, Woodstock, was arrested July 18 in the 200 block of Main Street on charges of aggravated battery and mob action. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set. 
  • Collin M. Maze, 24, transient, was arrested July 18 in the 100 block of North Eastwood Drive on a charge of driving under the influence. Bond $3,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Sept. 2. 
  • Cameron J. Forty, 21, Woodstock, was arrested July 19 at Lake Avenue and South Madison Street on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Bond $3,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Aug. 26.
  • Female juvenile, 14, Woodstock, was arrested July 21 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of battery and harassment by electronic means. Bond not applicable. Released to guardian. Court date to be set.
  • Alise K. Rutherford, 34, transient, was arrested July 22 in the 900 block of Clay Street on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
