  • Luis Quintero, 49, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 28 at Tryon and Dean streets on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving under the influence, and driving with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Oct. 7.
  • Keith B. Houston, 52, transient, was arrested Aug. 28 at Madison and Judd streets on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Nicholas R. Moore, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 28 in the 200 block of Main Street on charges of resisting a peace officer and aggravated assault to a peace officer. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Arthur E. Johnson, 66, transient, was arrested Aug. 28 in the 100 block of Main Street on a charge of aggravated battery in a public place. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Colton M. Howell, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 29 in the 500 block of McHenry Avenue on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver/manufacture psilocybin. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Jose A. Gonzalez, 32, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 30 in the 2300 block of Commons Drive on four warrants charging failure to appear in court. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Alexander V. Manov, 19, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 30 at Benton and Jackson streets on charges of driving wrong way on one-way street, no valid driver’s license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to transfer registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 7.
  • Jeffery A. Mroczenski, 50, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 31 at Washington and Wheeler streets on a charge of driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 7.
  • Nicholas K. Perlow, 25, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 1 at Benton and Judd streets on charges of driving while license suspended and unlawful transportation of cannabis by driver. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 7.
  • Eliese E. Ham, 27, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 1 in the 1400 block of Commons Drive on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date Sept. 9.
  • Douglas E. Schumacher, 50, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 2 in the 100 block of Peachtree Lane on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Dimitri D. Drew, 27, Chicago, was arrested Sept. 3 in the 500 block of Central Parkway on a Forest Park warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bond $2,000 plus $75 warrant fee. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Oct. 26.
