  • Grant R. Caudill, 30, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 18 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on a charge of criminal trespass to property. Taken to jail. Bond $100. Court date Sept. 22.
  • Christopher N. Palmer, 28, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 20 in the 300 block of North Eastwood Drive on charges of speeding, disobeying traffic control device, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Oct. 20.
  • Brian J. Harris, 23, Willowbrook, was arrested Aug. 24 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging criminal damage to property/failure to notify of damage to unattended vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $15,000 bond. Court date Sept. 13.
  • Shannon M. Davidson, 40, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 25 in the 1200 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of driving while using electronic communications device and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 29.
  • Female juvenile, 16, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 26 in the 200 block of North Jefferson Street on charges of no valid driver’s license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, suspended registration for non-insurance. Released to parent. Court date Oct. 6.
  • Danielle M. Kunce, 31, Beloit, Wis., was arrested Aug. 27 at Church and Madison streets on charges of disobeying a stop sign, driving while license revoked, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle and warrants from Boone and LaSalle counties. Held on bonds of $8,000 and $2,500. Court date Oct. 6.
  • Georgina Rubalcavia-Livera, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 29 at Church and Madison streets on charges of failure to wear seat belt (driver) and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 6.
  • Male juvenile, 17, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 30 at Calhoun and Nebraska streets on charges of no valid driver’s license and wearing headset receiver while driving. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 6.
  • Gerald A. Knowles, 47, transient, was arrested Sept. 1 in the 100 block of North Eastwood Drive on a St. Charles Police warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bond $1,000 plus $75 warrant fee. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Sept. 22.

  • Kayla J. Petersen, 20 Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of violating an order of protection.
  • Nicholas M. Koczor, 36, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of obstructing a peace officer.
  • Emily E. Tynis, 35, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 22 on a charge of domestic battery/bodily harm.
  • Maria D. Serratos, 50, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 22 on a charge of domestic battery/bodily harm.
  • Melissa A. Stephan, 42, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 23 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Jose I. Serratos, 47, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 24 on a charge of violating condition of bail bond.
  • Edgar Herrera, 32, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of armed violence, possession with intent to deliver cannabis of more than 5,000 grams, possession of 400 to 900 grams of cocaine, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon (two counts), defacing identification marks on a firearm, and obstructing justice/destroying evidence.
  • Alexander, Lopez-Larios, 49, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 27 on a charge of aggravated battery to a peace officer.
