  • Steven A. Torres, 42, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 18 in the 100 block of East Todd Avenue on charges of aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Mauricio J. Escobar, 28, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 19 at Tryon and Judd streets on a charge of driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 28.
  • Mark A. Picazo, 27, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 20 on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Gail L. Muszynski, 59, Walworth, Wis., was arrested Sept. 23 at Eastwood Drive and Irving Avenue on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence of intoxicating compounds, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date Oct. 28.
  • Francis A. Sanchez, 29, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 23 in the 11500 block of North U.S. 14 on two charges of retail theft. Taken to jail. Bond $100. Court date Oct. 21.
  • Heydi N. Cardoza, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 23 near Washington and Wicker streets on charges of speeding and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 28.
