  • Dustin D. Hanabarger, 33, Union, was arrested Sept. 16 in the 1400 block of Commons Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Isidro G. Martinez, 24, Elgin, was arrested Sept. 17 at Cass and Main streets on a Kane County warrant charging failure to appear (two counts). Held on $7,500 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Angel M. Sanchez, 23, McHenry, was arrested Sept. 18 at U.S. 14 and Lily Pond Road on a charge of no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 27.
  • Anthony Almaraz, 25, Berwyn, was arrested Sept. 18 at U.S. 14 and Lake Shore Drive on charges of failure to yield to emergency vehicle and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 27.
  • Brandon M. Brown, 28, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 19 in the 700 block of St. John’s Road on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Madeline R. Harrah, 21, St. Charles, was arrested Sept. 19 at Eastwood Drive and U.S. 14 on charges of expired registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 27.
  • Larry G. Thayer, 74, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 21 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of violation of sex offender registration. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
