  • Matthew K. Wiese, 24, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 9 in the 300 block of Short Street on a charge of violating bail bond. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Oct. 21.
  • Ammar Mehmood, 24, Palatine, was arrested Sept. 11 in the 900 block of Tara Drive on charges of driving under the influence, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, expired auto registration, and improper lane usage. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Nov. 3.
  • Manuel Cruz-Sanchez, 45, was arrested Sept. 12 at McConnell Road and Eastwood Drive on charges of improper stop or turn signal and driving while license revoked. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond.
  • Brittany A. Frye, 34, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 13 at Route 47 and Country Club Road on a charge of illegal possession of ammunition. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Sept. 22.
  • Justin J. Comins, 31, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 14 in the 400 block of West Jackson Street on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Heather A. Lane, 36, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 14 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $6,000 bond. Court date Oct. 26.
  • Jimmy D. Phillips, 59, transient, was arrested Sept. 15 in the 1000 block of Country Club Road on a charge of obstructing a peace officer. Held on $100 bond. Court date Oct. 20.

  • John H. Milroy, 39, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 9 on a charge of violating bail bond – failure to surrender within 30 days of forfeiture of bail.
  • Dorian A. Vargas, 30, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 11 on charges of domestic battery/bodily harm and revoked/suspended license with second driving while intoxicated.
  • Eric K. Hunt, 44, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 12 on charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct.
