Andrew D. Zerbes, 55, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 2 in the 800 block of Blakely St. on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $50,000 bond. Court date to be set.
Kevin D. Pineda-Amaya, 25, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 3 at South and Hill streets on charges of failure to yield, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 13.
Johanna Barrera, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 4 in the 200 block of Main Street on charges of driving the wrong way on one-way street, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 13.
William C. Moore, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 4 in the 2400 block of Commons Drive on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Lauren A. Cearing, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 4 in the 2400 block of Commons Drive on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Baltazar Bautista-Hernandez, 32, Chicago, was arrested Sept. 4 at Eastwood Drive and U.S. 14 on charges of improper lighting and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 13.
Gerald A. Knowles, 47, transient, was arrested Sept. 6 in the 100 block of North Eastwood Drive on a Kane County warrant charging failure to appear in court (two counts). Held on $3,000 bond. Court date to be set.
Nathaniel J. Lanier, 20, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 7 at Dean Street and U.S. 14 on charges of driving while license suspended and expired auto registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond.
Fernando Ortiz, 39, Harvard, was arrested Sept. 7 at Route 47 and McConnell Road on charges of improper lighting, possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (driver), and illegal transport of alcohol in motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Oct. 13.
Dominique L. Jackson, 29, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 8 in the 400 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of driving while using electronic communication device and driving while license suspended and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $10,000 bond with notice to appear. Court dates Sept. 19 and Oct. 20.

Patrick M. Fallaw, 30, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of violating condition of bail bond.
Kelly L. Claver, 43, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 1 on a charge of domestic battery/physical contact.
Jerome C. Lutz, 36, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 2 on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence/third or subsequent time.
