Scott T. Rank, 53, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 13 in the 300 block of Church Street on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, improper lighting, failure to signal when turning, and intoxicated person walking on roadway. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 23.
Kenneth W. Weser, 49, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 14 in the 700 block of Prairie View Lane on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
John C. Cardillo, 53, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 14 in the 500 block of Leah Lane on a Boone County warrant charging failure to appear. Released after posting 10 percent of a $3,000 bond. Court date Sept. 17.
Wendy A. Koss, 49, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 19 at Lake Avenue and Vine Street on charges of operating windshield wipers without headlights when required, driving while license revoked, and driving with suspended registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 23.
Brian A. Jones, 42, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 19 in the 600 block of Washington Street on charges of no valid driver’s license and improper backing of vehicle on roadway. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 23.
Christine A. Colon, 58, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 20 in the 500 block of Leah Lane on charges of no valid driver’s license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Sept. 30.
Terri Reed, 34, transient, was arrested Aug. 20 in the 100 block of Church Street on a charge of criminal trespass to land and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Take to jail. Bonds $5,000 and $100. Court date Sept. 16.
Oscar Arreola, 25, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 20 in the 200 block of Main Street on charges of theft over $500 and criminal damage to property. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Alexandra L. Collins, 25, Satellite Beach, Fla., was arrested Aug. 25 at Eastwood Drive and Lake Avenue on charges of driving with electronic communications device and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 30.
Briana J. Davis, 24, Rockford, was arrested Aug. 25 at Eastwood Drive and McConnell Road on charges of driving with electronic communications device. Bond $2,500. Release on personal recognizance. Court date Sept. 30.

Nicholas E. Madaus, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 19 on 11 counts of possession of child pornography/film/photos.
Bryan P. Clark, 38, Bull Valley, was arrested Aug. 19 on two charges of possession of controlled substances.
