  • Gail L. Muszynski, 59, Walworth, Wis., was arrested Sept. 24 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of theft. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Oct. 7.
  • Ryan M. Rhodes, 29, Cary, was arrested Sept. 25 at Tryon and Judd streets on charges of endangering the life/health of a child; possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal damage to property. Released after posting $100 bond and 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Nov. 4.
  • Ashley P. Zapata, 32, Genoa City, Wis., was arrested Sept. 26 at Route 47 and Irving Avenue on charges of possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic control signal. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Nov. 4.
  • Male juvenile, 17, Wonder Lake, was arrested Sept. 27 in the 3000 block of Raffel Road on a charge of battery. Released to parent. Court date to be set.
  • Miguel A. Escorza, 31, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 27 in the 200 block of Raffel Road on a charge of no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Nov. 4.
  • Theopolis W. Hutchens, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 28 in the 300 block of Calhoun Street on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving under the influence, and expired registration. Bond $3,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Nov. 4.
