Shannon L. Loureiro, 44, Elgin, was arrested Sept. 24 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of retail theft. Released after posting 10 percent of $20,000 bond. Court date Oct. 12.
Derek Larosa, 40, Crystal Lake, was arrested Sept. 25 in the 3700 block of Doty Road on a Kane County warrant charging aggravated driving under the influence and theft. Held on $10,000 bond. Court date to be set.
Taquan T. Johnson, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 27 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of improper lane usage (two counts), speeding, aggravated fleeing and eluding; driving while license suspended; suspended registration; leaving scene of an accident, and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Brett M. Bardi, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 27 in the 300 block of North Seminary Avenue on charges of domestic battery (two counts) and resisting a peace officer. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Mary M. Chale, 30, Western Springs, was arrested Sept. 27 at Route 47 and Lucas Road on charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Oct. 27.
Brett M. Bardi, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Sept. 30 in the 500 block of Leah Lane on a charge of violating bail bond. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Oct. 7.
