• Arturo Hernandez-Uribe, 31, Park City, was arrested Oct. 2 in the 1200 block of Zimmerman Road on a charge of speeding and a warrant. Released after posting 10 percent of $30,000 bond. Court date Nov. 1.
• Charles Pinta, 73, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 4 in the 300 block of Irving Avenue on a charge of battery and a warrant. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Oct. 26.

• Thomas Donnelly, 74, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 5 in the 400 block of Leah Lane on a charges of criminal trespass to property. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Nov. 27.
• Kathryn Welch, 45, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 5 at Eastwood Drive and Catalpa Lane on charges of driving with expired plates, no valid license, and transportation of open alcohol. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Dec. 7.

Genaro Rahena Arellano, 47, Carpentersville, was arrested Oct. 5 in the 200 block of Main Street on charges of aggravated battery/deadly weapon, aggravated battery/public place, and possession of controlled substance. Taken to jail. Held without bond. Court date to be set.
