  • Paul S. Grzyb, 51, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 23 in the 100 block of South Eastwood Drive, on charges of driving under the influence, aggravated driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, and driving while license suspended. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Sherry K. Bykowski, 73, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 23 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Dec. 1.
  • Keith B. Houston, 53, transient, was arrested Oct. 24 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $6,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Joseph M. Slania, 19, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 25 at McConnell Road and Route 47 on a charge of unlawful possession of cannabis by driver. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Dec. 1.
  • Ayo C. Balogun, 44, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 30 in the 1200 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of obstructed windshield, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Dec. 15.
  • Jose A. Mora Aguilar, 35, McHenry, was arrested Oct. 30 at Clay and Newell streets on charges of improper display of registration and driving under the influence. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Dec. 8.
  • Female juvenile, 16, Harvard, was arrested Oct. 30 at McHenry Avenue and Gracy Street on a charge of resisting a peace officer. Released to parent. Court date to be set.
  • Joseph A. Smith, 64, Crystal Lake, was arrested Nov. 1 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging fleeing/attempting to elude a peace officer). Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Nov. 15.
  • Cesar A. Avonza, 18, Woodstock, was arrested Nov. 2 at Judd Street and Seminary Avenue on charges of improper lighting, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Dec. 8.
  • Rachel G. Emricson, 22, Woodstock, was arrested Nov. 2 in the 3700 block of Doty Road on three charges of aggravated battery. Released after posting 10 percent of $40,000 bond. Court date Nov. 14.
