  • Patrick M. Smith, 48, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 21 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of sex offender failing to report annually. Held on $15,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Olivia N. Soto, 22, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 21 in the 100 block of Meadow Avenue on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Kevin R. Lishamer, 53, Woodstock was arrested Oct. 21 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Donte J. Dungey, 21, Crystal Lake, was arrested Oct. 22 at Lake Avenue and Greenley Street on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Dec. 1.
  • Alison K. Schmidt, 25, Genoa City, Wis., was arrested Oct. 22 in the 1200 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of driving while license suspended, suspended registration for non-insurance, expired registration, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Dec. 22.
  • Kailey R. Kouzes-Kapekle, 25, Delavan, Wis., was arrested Oct. 22 in the 1200 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Dec. 22.
  • Jose A. Nunez Olvera, 33, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 23 in the 300 block of North Madison Street on charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Dec. 15.
