  • Francisco Garcia-Hernandez, 27, Harvard, was arrested Oct. 8 at U.S. 14 and Kishwaukee Valley Road on charges of speeding and no valid driver’s license. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Nov. 16.
  • Justin Chaney, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 8 in the 11200 block of Lake Avenue on charges of public urination and criminal trespassing. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Nov. 2.
  • Anthony Mears, 37, transient, was arrested Oct. 10 in the 100 block of North Eastwood Drive on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taken to jail. Bond $10,000. Court date to be set.
  • Terrence Tucker III, 37, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 14 in the 2000 block of Greenview Drive on charges of resisting a peace officer, battery/physical contact, and battery/physical harm. Taken to jail. Court date Oct. 30.
  • Korey Wilson, 53, Marengo, was arrested Oct. 15 at U.S. 14 and Lake Shore Drive on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, and illegal lane usage. Released with notice to appear. Court date Dec. 21.
  • Kimberly Thery, 45, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 16 in the 400 block of Leah Lane on a charge of resisting a police officer. Released with notice to appear. Court date Dec. 7.
  • Curtis Lee, 39, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 18 in the 500 block of McHenry Avenue on charges of stop sign violation and driving while license suspended/revoked. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Dec. 7.
  • Kelly Roeske, 45, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 18 in the 1300 block of Queen Anne St. on a charge of contempt of court. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Oct. 26.
  • Mayra Mendoza, 35, Algonquin, was arrested Oct. 19 in the 2500 block of Fairview Circle on a charge of battery. Taken to hospital. No bond. Court date Dec. 7.
  • Kevin Perez, 45, transient, was arrested Oct. 20 in the 1100 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery to peace officer, and resisting a peace officer. Detained. No bond. Court date Nov. 1
  • Christopher Dasta, 49, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 21 at Dean and South streets on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence/alcohol, and driver’s license expired for more than a year. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Dec. 21.
  • Juvenile was arrested Oct. 22 on a charge of aggravated battery to a nurse. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date to be set.
  • Brandon Walsh, 28, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 23 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of equipment requirement violation and driving while license revoked/suspended. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Dec. 7.
  • Gina Perry, 34, Woodstock, was arrested Oct. 23 in the 1500 block of McConnell Road on charges of driving while license revoked/suspended and possession of cannabis in motor vehicle. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Dec. 7.
  • Juvenile was arrested Oct. 26 on charges of speeding 21-25 mph over limit, leaving scene of an accident, driving too fast for conditions, no valid license, disregarding stop sign (five counts), improper lane usage, and failure to yield at intersection. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Dec. 28.
