  • Donna M. Dinardo, 59, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 15 in the 1100 block of Walden Oaks Drive on a charge of battery. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date June 2.
  • Jesse J. Messier, 39, Elkhorn, Wis., was arrested May 14 at Queen Anne Street and Meadow Avenue on a charge of obstructing a police officer. Held on $100 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Thomas T. Rodriguez Jr., 27, Woodstock, was arrested May 14 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on a charge of theft. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date June 9.
  • Wayne S. Dobbins, 57, Woodstock, was arrested May 14 in the 800 block of Prairie View Lane on two charges of battery with a deadly weapon and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $5,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Joel S. Bowen, 41, Woodstock, was arrested May 14 in the 10711 block of Bull Valley Drive on charges of aggravated battery of a senior citizen age 60 or over and mob action. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Ruth E. Bowen, 38, was arrested May 14 in the 10711 block of Bull Valley Drive on charges of mob action and battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Sandford D. Conners, 59, Woodstock, was arrested May 15 in the 200 block of South Throop Street on charges of aggravated domestic battery/strangulation, domestic battery (two counts), and interference with reporting domestic violence. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Steven A. Torres, 43, Woodstock, was arrested May 15 at Clay Street and Greenwood Avenue on charges of disobeying stop sign, driving while license revoked, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after post 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 23.
  • Alan J. Cervantes, 18, Woodstock, was arrested May 16 at Raffel and St. John’s roads on charges of improper lighting and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 23.
  • Aime Lagunes-Lopez, 19, Woodstock, was arrested May 18 in the 300 block of Seminary Avenue on charges of possession of cannabis (driver), failure to secure child in safety restraint (two counts), and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date July 1.
  • Jonathan M. Franzen, 24, transient, was arrested May 18 in the 400 block of West Judd Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $30,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Brandon S. Ledbetter, 30, transient, was arrested May 18 in the 400 block of West Judd Street on a charge of obstructing identification, Elgin Police Department warrant charging failure to appear in court, and a Kane County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on bonds of $1,000, $1,000, and $100 plus two $75 warrant fees. Court dates July 7 and two be set.

  • Jessica L. Warren, 42, Woodstock, was arrested May 13 on a charge of violating an order of protection.
  • Quinn M. Thornton, 21, Woodstock, was arrested May 16 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, and improper lane usage.
