  • Tonya M. Krich, 38, Woodstock, was arrested May 16 on charges of manufacture/delivery of cocaine of less than 15 grams, manufacture/delivery of controlled substance/narcotics, manufacture/delivery of fentanyl/amphetamine, and possession of other controlled substance (two counts).
  • Jose Garcia, 29, was arrested May 16 on charges of manufacture/delivery of cocaine of 15-100 grams (four counts), manufacture/delivery/possession of cannabis of 30-500 grams, and possession of cannabis of 30-100 grams.
  • Courtney Melvin, 36, Woodstock, was arrested May 19 on a charges of driving with a suspended license.
