Male juvenile, 15, Woodstock, was arrested May 5 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Released to guardian. Court date to be set.
Kurt E. Fritz, 54, Woodstock, was arrested May 5 in the 1000 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date July 6.
Pablo Hernandez, Jr., 28, Woodstock, was arrested May 6 in the 1500 block of Wheeling Street on charges of improper lane usage and driving under the influence. Bond $3,000. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date June 22.
Brian J. Barry, 36, Marengo, was arrested May 6 in the 300 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of possession of hypodermic syringe/needle and McHenry County warrant charging civil contempt of court. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond plus $100 cash bond. Court date June 28.
Cameron E. Nokes, 33, Antioch, was arrested May 6 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of resisting a peace officer. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date June 15.
Mariaha K. Minard, 26, Palatine, was arrested May 6 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on warrants from McHenry County and Racine, Wis., charging failure to appear in court. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Male juvenile, 14, Rockford, was arrested May 8 in the 1000 block of Lake Avenue on two counts of battery. Released to guardian. Court date to be set.
Samuel W. Hansen, 25, Palatine, was arrested May 8 in the 1500 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of expired registration and possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (driver). Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 22.
Luis A. Cifuentes Jr., 18, Harvard, was arrested May 9 on U.S. 14 between South and Dean streets on charges of driving while license suspended, illegal transportation of open alcohol, and illegal possession of alcohol by person under 21. Released with notice to appear in court after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 22.
Eduardo D. Acosta, 18, Round Lake Park, was arrested May 9 at Church and Jefferson streets on charges of failure to yield when turning left and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 22.
Justin R. Weber, 41, Crystal Lake, was arrested May 11 at McConnell Road and Courtaulds Drive on charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon (three counts), unlawful possession of a weapon by a felony, possession of a firearm without a FOID card, possession of ammunition without a FOID card, and intoxicated pedestrian in roadway. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.

Joshua D. Eller, 32, Woodstock, was arrested May 4 on charges of domestic battery/physical contact, criminal damage to property, and violating bail bond when victim is family.
Scott G. Elliott, 46, Wonder Lake, was arrested May 6 on charges of domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact.
