  • Cassandra M. Martin, 21, Round Lake, was arrested March 1 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on a charge of possession of cannabis (passenger). Bond $2,500. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date April 20.
  • Mark S. Owen, 47, Woodstock, was arrested March 1 in the 800 block of Prairie View Lane on a Cook County warrant charging driving under the influence. Released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bond. Court date March 29.
  • Male juvenile, 15, Woodstock, was arrested March 2 in the 3000 block of Raffel Road on a charge of battery. Released to parent. Court date to be set.
  • Amoreena E. Karmis, 31, Woodstock, was arrested March 2 in the 1500 block of Tappan Street on two counts of battery. Taken to jail. Bond $100. Court date to be set.
  • Anthony L. Taylor, 44, Woodridge, was arrested March 2 at Route 14 and Washington Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Take to jail. Bond $20,000. Court date to be set.
  • Kristal M. Nance, 29, Woodstock, was arrested March 2 in the 600 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 20.
  • Leonel Casas, 27, Round Lake Park, was arrested March 3 at Main and Cass streets on charges of driving the wrong way on a one-way street, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, driving while license suspended, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper lane usage. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date April 27.
  • Kristin E. Kozlowski, 28, Woodstock, was arrested March 4 in the 200 block of Washington Street on charges of improper lighting, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date April 20.
  • Jermaine M. Garrett, 36, Rockford, was arrested March 4 in the 11700 block of Country Club Road on charges of speeding, driving while license revoked, possession of controlled substance, and possession of cannabis (drive) and warrants from Boone, Cook, and Winnebago counties. Held on $3,000, $1,500, and third to-be-determined bond. Court date to be set.
  • Keith A. Pinn, 53, Crystal Lake, was arrested March 5 at Madison and Church streets on charges of obstructing justice, driving under the influence, improper turn signal, and disregarding a stop sign (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Larry S. Piliipuf, 63, Woodstock, was arrested March 5 in the 800 block of Prairie Ridge Drive on charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date April 27.
  • Nicolas Arellano Rivas, 33, Woodstock, was arrested March 6 at Madison and Church streets on charges of disregarding a stop sign and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 27.
  • Malik J. Cox, 25, Woodstock, was arrested March 7 in the 700 block of St. John’s Road on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bond. Court date March 21.
  • Jacob R. Posch, 26, Fox River Grove, was arrested March 8 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging domestic battery. Released after posting 10 percent of $20,000 bond. Court date March 16.
