  • Zoe W. Davidson, 25, transient, was arrested Feb. 16 in the 2000 block of Eastwood Avenue on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Inocencio Contreras-Esquivel, 32, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 27 in the 2000 block of Castle Road on charges of aggravated driving while license revoked, child endangerment, reckless driving, assault, and criminal damage to property. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Ray G. Haywood, 33, Thorn Hill, Tenn., was arrested Feb. 27 in the 800 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of driving while license suspended and driving with electronic communication device. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 1.
  • Female juvenile, 17, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 27 in the 700 block of North Seminary Avenue on charges of no valid driver’s license and improper lighting. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date April 7.
  • Aaron M. Price, 23, Woodstock, was arrested March 1 at Country Club Road and Eastwood Drive on charges of driving while license suspended and suspended registration for noninsurance. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 7.
  • Thomas M. Eisenmenger, 70, Woodstock, was arrested March 1 in the 1100 block of Walden Oaks Drive on a charge of battery. Held on $100 bond. Court date March 17.
  • Donna L. Gasparas, 71, Crystal Falls, Mich., was arrested March 2 in the 300 block of North Madison Street on a charge of no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 7.
  • Felicitie E. Wusterbarth, 30, Milwaukee, Wis., was arrested March 3 in the 1400 block of North Seminary Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended and improper lane usage. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date April 7.

  • David M. Peters, 39, Wonder Lake, was arrested March 1 on charges of child pornography, possession of film/photos (16 counts) and aggravated child pornography, possession of film/photos (3 counts).
  • Juan R. Hurtado Mendoza, 28, Wonder Lake, was arrested March 1 on charges of causing a child to be endangered and domestic battery/bodily harm.
