Steven T. Doane, 20, Lombard, was arrested June 18 at Davis Road and Eastwood Drive on charges of failure to signal when required and possession of cannabis (driver) in vehicle without container. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 28.
Tobias E. Warren, 19, Woodstock, was arrested June 18 at Davis Road and South Eastwood Drive on a charges of possession of cannabis (passenger) in vehicle without container. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 28.
Jacob C. Resendez, 25, Belvidere, was arrested June 19 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date July 28.
Jason M. Neal, 43, Woodstock, was arrested June 19 in the 300 block of Washburn Street on a charge of interfering in the reporting of domestic violence. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date July 28.
Thomas A. Firak, 68, Woodstock, was arrested June 20 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of illegal use of intoxicating compounds. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date July 14.
Male juvenile, 17, Harvard, was arrested June 20 at Madison and Calhoun streets on charges of failure to signal when required and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Aug. 19.
Nicholas M. Koczor, 36, Woodstock, was arrested June 20 in the 2000 block of Willow Brooke Drive on an Elgin Police Department warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $3,000 bond and $75 warrant fee. Court date to be set.
Alejandro Gomez, 29, Woodstock, was arrested June 20 at Calhoun Street and Eastwood Drive on charges of driving without lights when required and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 28.
Alan J. Cervantes, 18, Woodstock, was arrested June 21 at Hoy Avenue and Division Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bond. Court date July 7.
James E. Erickson, 62, Woodstock, was arrested June 21 in the 100 block of South Eastwood Drive on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court (two counts) and charges of improper display of registration, suspended registration, and driving while license suspended; Released after posting 10 percent of $10,000, $5,000, and $2,500 bonds. Court dates July 20 and 22.
Michael A. Godfrey, 46, St. Charles, was arrested June 21 in the 400 block of East Kimball Avenue on charges of revoked registration and driving while license revoked. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date July 28.

Jamie P. Thomas, 39, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 14 on charges of criminal damage to property, domestic battery/physical contact, and criminal damage to property.
Elana E. Faust, 44, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 15 on a charge of assault.
John P. McVey, 45, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 16 on a charge of violating an order of protection.
Jose I. Serratos, 47, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 17 on charges of violation of bail bond and domestic battery/bodily harm.
David O. Marsh, 54, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 18 on two charges of domestic battery/physical contact.
