  • Brandon M. Stevens, 31, Woodstock, was arrested June 28 in the 2000 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of retail theft. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date July 28.
  • Dustin D. Hanabarger, 32, Union, was arrested June 29 in the 2000 block of Willow Brooke Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct. Held on $100 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Tamika D. Williams, 39, Woodstock, was arrested July 1 in the 3700 block of Doty Road on a Cook County warrant charging criminal damage to property. Held on $10,000 bond plus $75 warrant fee. Court date to be set.
  • Christopher Rodriguez, 19, Woodstock, was arrested July 2 on McHenry Avenue near Route 47 on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol count over 0.08 percent, no valid driver’s license, and disobeying a traffic control device. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date Aug. 18.
  • Randy L. Redman, 61, Woodstock, was arrested July 2 in the 1400 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of aggravated battery in a public place and resisting a peace officer. Taken to jail. Bond to be set. Court date Aug. 18.
  • John P. Noppen, 45, Coloma, Mich., was arrested July 3 in the 300 block of North Madison Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $5,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Ralph R. Realmo, 25, transient, was arrested July 4 in the 1200 block of Davis Road on a McHenry County warrant charging possession of a controlled substance. Held on $10,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Fred P. Radke, 66, Algonquin, was arrested July 4 in the 1000 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of disorderly conduct. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date July 28.
  • David M. Cunningham, 30, Island Lake, was arrested July 4 at Church and Main streets on charges of driving with a suspended license and disobeying a stop sign. Released with a notice to appear. Court date Aug. 11.
  • Patricia G. Banks, 64, Woodstock was arrested July 5 in the block of 1400 Commons Drive on a charge of domestic battery (two counts). Bond and court date to be set.
