Logan M. Montgomery, 18, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 18 in the 300 block of Hoy Avenue on a charge of violating a bail bond. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Kyaire A. Mohammed, 24, Calumet City, was arrested Dec. 20 in the 800 block of Prairie View Lane on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Benito Mendez Fernandez, 35, McHenry, was arrested Dec. 21 in the 1500 block of McConnell Road on charges of speeding, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Jan. 26.
Jonathan C. Mallery, 46, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 22 in the 100 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of failure to give information after striking vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Dec. 2.
Male juvenile, 12, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 27 on charges of harassment by electronic means and disorderly conduct. Released to parent. Court date to be set.
Paul F. Smith, 37, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 31 in the 200 block of Church Street on charges of aggravated driving under the influence (two counts), driving under the influence, driving while license revoked (two counts), obstructing justice (two counts), unlawful use of license, possession of cannabis, possession of nitrous oxide, illegal transportation of alcohol, theft, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Cedric C. Giles, 34, Chicago, was arrested Jan. 1 at Route 47 and Irving Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended, suspended registration for non-insurance, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 16.
Christopher W. Jacobs, 30, transient, was arrested Jan. 2 in the 900 block of Lake Avenue on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Marlowe R. Dronen, 65, Harvard, was arrested Jan. 3 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on a charge of criminal damage to property. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Jan. 26.
Tammy J. Smith, 53, Kenosha, Wis., was arrested Jan. 4 at Church and Madison streets on charges of driving while license suspended and driver failure to wear seat belt. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 23.
Maribel Castaneda Mercado, 34, Harvard, was arrested Jan. 4 at Washington and Main streets.on charges of no valid driver’s license and disregarding a stop sign. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 23.
Carolina Heredia-Murray, 31, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 4 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $10,000 bond. Court date Feb. 25.
Kimberly J. Thery, 44, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 4 in the 400 block of Leah Lane on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.

William G. Strombach, 54, Wonder Lake, was arrested Dec. 13 on a charge of violation of ball bond.
Joshua D. Hachmeister, 42, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 28 on a charge of violation of bail bond.
Aaron R. Montgomery, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 29 on charges of endangering the life of a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Payton A. Miller, 24, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 29 on two charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
James F. Olson, 71, Wonder Lake, was arrested Dec. 30 on charges of Domestic battery/physical contact and assault.
