Peter Fallaw, 48, transient, was arrested Dec. 22 in the 1200 block of Dawn Road on a charge of criminal trespassing. Cited with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 25.

Rey Marin-Rodriguez, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 23 in the 1200 block of Thomas Drive on a charge of criminal damage to property. Cited with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 19.
Robin Melvin, 35, Wonder Lake, was arrested Dec. 27 in the 200 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of possession of controlled substance. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 18.
Nathaniel Lanier, 22, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 27 in the 600 block of St. John’s Road on a charge of violating order of protection. Taken to jail. No bond. Court date Jan. 11.
Carlos Herrera-Mora, 25, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 26 at Dean Street and Hercules Road on charges of using electronic device while driving and driver’s license expired more than a year. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 25.
Juvenile was arrested Dec. 22 on charges of speeding too fast for conditions and driver’s license expired more than a year. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 18.
Roxanne Caccamo, 38, Harvard, was arrested Dec. 23 in the 700 block of Leah Lane on a charge of violating order of protection. Taken to jail. No bond.
Saul Juarez, 19, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 23 in the 1400 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of cannabis in motor vehicle by driver, illegal possession of alcohol by driver, and driving with only one headlight. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Jan. 25.
