  • Bernardo Cuellar, 56, Harvard, was arrested Jan. 21 at Madison and Fremont streets on charges of improper use of registration, expired registration, driving while license revoked, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Release after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 18.
  • Jerome C. Lutz Jr., 36, Wonder Lake, was arrested Jan. 21 at Country Club Road and Eastwood Drive on charges of improper stopping in roadway, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper transportation of alcohol. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date March 3.
  • Jon M. Schmitt, 27, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 21 in the 800 block of Pleasant Street on a charge of driving while license suspended. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date March 3.
  • Wualter R. Maldonado-Mejia, 32, Waukegan, was arrested Jan. 22 at Cass and Throop streets on charges of disregarding a stop sign and no valid driver’s license. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date March 17.
  • Male juvenile, 17, Union, was arrested Jan. 22 at Church and Madison streets on charges of no rear registration light and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 3.
  • Thomas W. Gallo, 35, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 22 in the 1000 block of Seminary Avenue on a charge of criminal trespass to property. Held on $100 bond. Court date Feb. 17.
  • Benjamin E. Fox, 61, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 25 at Hercules Road and Dean Street on charges of disregarding a stop sign and driving while license revoked. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 3.
  • Steven Cunningham, 22, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 25 in the 600 block of Clay Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Martin K. Rice, 63, McHenry, was arrested Jan. 26 in the 300 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
