  • Maria E. Lopez, 50, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 15 in the 200 block of South Benton Street on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, leaving the scene of a traffic crash, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 17.
  • Male juvenile, 13, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 16 in the 3200 block of Hercules Road on a charge of disorderly conduct. Released to parent. Court date to be set.
  • Isis Escobar-Gallego, 26, McHenry, was arrested Jan. 16 in the 2000 block of Aspen Drive on charges of domestic battery (two counts) and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Ewelina Garrett, 41, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 16 at Zimmerman and McConnell roads on charges of illegal lane usage, driving under the influence, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to notify secretary of state of address change. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrender of driver’s license. Court date March 17.
  • Kristin A. Zid, 44, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 17 in the 1000 block of Jewett Street on charges of driving under the influence and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content above 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrender of driver’s license. Court date March 17.
  • Courtney D. Dailey, 28, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 17 in the 500 block of Leah Lane on an Elk Grove Village Police Department warrant charging criminal damage to property. Held on $7,500 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Matthew K. Wiese, 23, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 20 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of retail theft. Held on $100 bond. Court date March 3.

Horsfall, 27, Wonder Lake, was arrested Jan. 24 on charges of child pornography involving victim younger than 13, child pornography/sale, child pornography possession (two counts), child pornography possession/film/photos, child pornography/reproduction (eight counts), and pornography possession film/photos.
