  • Alan J. Cervantes, 19, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 28 in the 900 block of West South Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $15,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Kyle L. Hyde, 31, Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan. 29 in the 700 block of Prairie View Lane on charges of driving under the influence and aggravated battery to a police officer. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Scott C. Space, 48, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 30 at Route 47 and Lake Avenue on charges of improper display of registration, expired registration, and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 23.
  • Oscar Tapia, 34, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 31 at Church and Madison streets on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bond. Court date March 1.
  • Enrique G. Robles, 56, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 1 on Washington Street near Wicker Street on charges of driving with electronic communications device and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 23.
  • Allison Matney, 38, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 1 in the 2000 block of Willow Brooke Drive on a Winnebago County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Bond $3,000. Released with notice to appear. Court date Feb. 23.
  • Adrian L. Plugowski, 32, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 2 in the 1600 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of expired registration and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date March 23.
  • Luis Quintero, 50, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 3 in the 2400 block of Bridgewater Drive on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond. Court date March 2.
  • Elias Prado Hernandez, 48, Harvard, was arrested Feb. 4 at U.S. 14 and Lily Pond Road on charges of improper passing of emergency vehicle and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 16.
  • Thomas H. Freeney, 36, Hampshire, was arrested Feb. 5 at U.S. 14 and Route 47 on charges of failure to dim lights, driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, driving with license suspended, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date March 23.

Diaz, 27, Woodstock, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of domestic battery/physical harm (two counts), domestic battery/physical contact (two counts), unlawful restraint, interference with reporting of domestic violence, driving under the influence, aggravated driving under the influence/third or more times. Failure to remain at scene of vehicle damage accident, resisting/obstructing peace officer (three counts), unlawful restraint, driving with revoked/suspended driver’s license/multiple DUIs (two counts), and obstructing justice/destroying evidence.
