  • Leonardo Alfaro Gonzalez, 22, Chicago, was arrested Jan. 17 at Seminary and Donovan avenues on charges of no front registration plate and driving while license suspended. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 23.
  • William P. Keyes Jr., 28, McHenry, was arrested Jan. 17 in the 3700 block of Doty Road on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $7,500 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Amy N. Anderson, 19, transient, was arrested Jan. 19 at U.S. 14 and Lake Shore Drive on a charge of possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (passenger). Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 23.
  • Eduardo Escobar, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 23 at U.S. 14 and Rose Farm Road on charges of speeding, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date March 16.
  • Deanna D.K. Thomas, 21, Marengo, was arrested Jan. 22 at U.S. 14 and Lake Avenue on charges of failure to signal when required and no valid driver’s license. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date Feb. 23.

  • Matthew C. Porter, 39, Wonder Lake, was arrested Jan. 11 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Rachel D. Frank, 29, Woodstock, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of possession of a controlled substance (two counts), possession of cannabis (500 to 2,000 grams), unlawful use/possession of weapon/ammo by convicted felon, and manufacture/possession with intent to deliver cannabis (500 to 2,000 grams).
  • Ricky L. McGuire, 67, Wonder Lake, was arrested Jan. 15 on charges of improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol (two counts).
