Magill C. Meinel, 41, Lake Geneva, Wis., was arrested Dec. 10 on northbound Raffel Road at the 100-300 block on an Ogle County warrant charging driving while license suspended/revoked. Held on $5,000 bond. Court date to be set.
Rodger A. Stell, 51, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 10 in the 800 block of North Seminary Avenue on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Juan D. Arellano, 33, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 7 in the 2000 block of Aspen Drive on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Joel E. Sanchez, 44, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 12 in the 100 block of Church Street on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Anthony L. Smith, 43, Beloit, Wis., was arrested Dec. 12 at Madison and Calhoun streets on charges of disregarding a stop sign and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Jan. 7.
Scott M. Davis, 33, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 15 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving while license canceled. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Jan. 27.

Andrew Staggs, 31, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of contempt of court.
Alfredo D. Jordan, 22, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 7 on charges of aggravated battery/great bodily harm (four counts) and aggravated battery/use of deadly weapon.
Edgar I. Perez-Salas, 34, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 7 on a charge of indirect civil contempt of court.
Frank R. Bochette, 30, Woodstock, was arrested Dec. 8 on two charges of aggravated driving under the influence causing great bodily harm.
Vincent M. Hohol, 44, Wonder Lake, was arrested Dec. 13 on charges of domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact.
