  • Robert W. Meanie, 45, McHenry, was arrested July 16 at Lamb Road and Washington Street on charges of leaving the scene of an accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and improper lane usage. Released after posting 10 percent of a $2,500 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Patrick E. Perry, 52, Elgin, was arrested July 15 at Seminary and McHenry avenue on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent, and improper lane usage. Released after posting 10 percent of a $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Aug. 24.
  • Shyanne R. Madsen, 25, Rockford, was arrested July 16 in the 200 block of Greenwood Avenue on charges of aggravated domestic battery/strangulation and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Judith A. Dusk, 62, Chicago, was arrested July 16 in the 500 block of Eastwood Drive on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with blood-alcohol level over 0.08 percent, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and improper merging. Released after posting 10 percent of a $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Shannon L. Miller, 39, Antioch, was arrested July 16 in the 100 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of possession of controlled substance, violation of order of protection, and no valid driver’s license. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Leobardo Alaguna Loma, 48, transient, was arrested July 19 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of trespass to property. Taken to jail. Bond $100. Court date to be set.
  • Kirk A. Leach, 31, Woodstock, was arrested July 18 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Aug. 8.
  • Madison M. Witt, 21, Woodstock, was arrested July 19 at Madison and Church streets on charges of disobeying stop sign, driving while license suspended, and transportation of alcohol/driver. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Michael R. Cleaver, 23, Woodstock, was arrested July 19 in the 500 block of Leah Lane on charges of domestic battery (two counts) and interference with reporting of domestic violence. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set..
  • Angel E. Arias, 20, Harvard, was arrested July 20 at Eastwood Drive and McConnell Road on charges of driving with electronic communication device, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 7.
  • Daniela J. Vazquez, 20, Elgin, was arrested July 22 in the 500 block of West Donovan Avenue on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, no valid driver’s license, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle.Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Shayla N. Hanewold, 25, Janesville, Wis., was arrested July 22 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of no valid driver’s license and expired registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Edduardo Escobar, 27, Woodstock, was arrested July 23 on Clay Street near North Street on a charge of driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 7.
  • Jaroslaw Jalowiecki, 37, Woodstock, was arrested July 23 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of expired registration and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Scott M. Zydel, 46, Woodstock, was arrested July 25 in the 1800 block of Powers Road on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Taken to jail. Bond $20,000. Court date to be set.
  • Omar J. Lopez, 23, Woodstock, was arrested July 25 at Church and Madison Streets on charges of driving with electronic communication device and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 26.
