  • Madison M. Witt, 21, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 10 at South and Throop streets on charges of driving while using electronic communications device and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 28.

  • Ruben Meneses, 43, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 15 on a charge of failure to report as a sex offender.
  • Rydell M. Bryant, 35, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 18 on two charges of driving while driver’s license revoked.
  • Kaz C. Darzinskis, 36, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 19 on a charge of endangering life or health of a child.
