  • Derrick K. Lindsey jr., 34, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 7 at Church and Madison streets on charges of seat-belt violation, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released on I-bond. Court date Sept. 28.
  • Calvin D. Jackson, 27, Loves Park, was arrested Aug. 8 at Washington and Main streets on charges of disobeying stop sign and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 21.
  • Ivan Garcia, 28, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 9 in the 800 block of North Seminary Avenue on a Kane County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Taken to jail. Bond $25,000. Court date to be set.
  • David Wojcik, 26, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 9 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of expired registration and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 21.
  • David A. Hernandez, 19, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 9 in the 100 block of East Kimball Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court (two counts). Released after posting 10 percent of 3,000 and $2,500 bonds. Court dates Sept. 8 and 26.
  • Christina M. Pesz, 39, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 10 at Kilkenny Court and Lake Avenue on charges of improper lane usage, leaving the scene of an accident, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date Oct. 5.

  • Eli R. Smietana, 22, Woodstock, was arrested July 27 on a charge of speeding 21-25 miles over the speed limit.
  • Margaret D. Garland, 62, Wonder Lake, was arrested July 28 on a charge of violating domestic violence bail bond.
  • Stephany N. Martinez, 33, Wonder Lake, was arrested July 29 on charges of domestic battery/physical contact and criminal damage to property.
  • Marc D. Travis, 51, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 2 on a charge of criminal trespass to land.
  • Michael H. Boxlietner, 28, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 4 on charges of domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact.
