  • Melinda A. Betters, 36, Woodstock, was arrested July 14 in the 100 block of Hoy Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of a $3,000 bond. Court date July 26.
  • Matthew P. Brock, 48, Woodstock, was arrested July 14 in the 600 block of Lawndale Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of a $5,000 bond. Court date July 28.
  • Ruth M. Davis, 41, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 14 in the 100 block of North Eastwood Drive on a Cook County warrant charging child endangerment. Released after posting 10 percent of a $25,000 bond. Court date Aug. 9.
  • Lynn M. Elmer, 53, Woodstock, was arrested July 15 in the 700 block of St. John’s Road on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Andres Hernandez, 30, Woodstock, was arrested July 18 in the 1200 block of Muriel Street on two counts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Jessica L. Brown, 34, Woodstock, was arrested July 15 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on two courts of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Michelle K. Villar, 52, South Elgin, was arrested July 15 in the 400 block of Lake Avenue on charges of aggravated battery to person over 60 and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.

  • Taylor B. Harmon, 43, Woodstock, was arrested June 21 on a charge of criminal sexual assault/force.
  • John J. Riley, 52, Woodstock, was arrested June 27 on a charge of driving while license suspended/revoked.
  • Margaret D. Garland, 62, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 28 on a charge of violating bail bond.
  • Colton M. Comingore, 28, Wonder Lake, was arrested June 29 on a charges of violating order of protection and resisting/obstructing peace officer.
  • Robert L. Jenkins, 34, Wonder Lake, was arrested July 3 on a charge of aggravated assault.
  • Margaret D. Garland, 62, Wonder Lake, was arrested July 6 on a charge of violating bail bond.
  • Nickolas A. Wilson, 33, Wonder Lake, was arrested July 8 on charges of battery and criminal damage to property.
