  • Cameron J. Forty, 22, Woodstock, was arrested July 30 at U.S. 47 and Lucas Road on charges of improper lane usage, no driver’s license on person, driving under the influence of drugs, and driving under the influence of alcohol. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date Sept. 9.
  • Spring R. Graham, 39, Darien, Wis., was arrested July 31 at U.S. 14 and Washington Street on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent. Held on $3,000 bond. Court date Sept. 9.
  • Jacob M. Kohl, 24, Woodstock, was arrested Aug. 1 in the 700 block of Prairie View Lane on charges of aggravated domestic battery (strangulation), domestic battery (two counts), and obstructing a police officer. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Arthur E. Johnson, 66, transient, was arrested Aug. 1 at Eastwood and Irving avenues on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $15,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Terri A. Reed, 34, transient, was arrested Aug. 1 at Cass and Main streets on a charge of unlawful interference with a public utility. Held on $100 bond. Court date Sept. 13.

  • Robert L. Chissus, 51, Wonder Lake, was arrested Aug. 3 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated battery/harm to police officer/correctional employee, aggravated assault of a peace officer/volunteer, and resisting peace officer/correctional employee.
