Woodstock Police Department

Leonardo Gutierrez Hernandez, 30, Chicago, was arrested March 25 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of improper display of registration and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 5.
Tanner B. Heidtke, 22, transient, was arrested March 26 in the 600 block of Dane Street on charges of criminal trespass to residence, criminal trespass to motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, and driving an uninsured vehicle. Held on bonds of $2,500 and $100. Court dates April 21 and May 20.
Leobardo Alagune-Loma, 47, transient, was arrested March 27 in the 1500 block of North Seminary Avenue on a charge of criminal trespass to real property. Held on $100 bond. Court date May 5.
Roberto Prado Jr., 23, Elgin, was arrested March 27 at Zimmerman and Country Club roads on charges of no front registration, failure to signal, improper lane usage, illegal transportation of open alcohol, driving with license revoked, and obstructing a peace officer and three outstanding warrants. Held on bonds totaling $42,600 plus $75 fee. Court dates May 19 and to be set.
Antonio Delgado Jr., 33, Harvard, was arrested March 27 at Zimmerman and Country Club roads on a charge of possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle (passenger). Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 5.
Timmy C. Horn, 29, Woodstock, was arrested March 27 on Lake Avenue at Route 47 on charges of no valid driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 5.
Rene Garcia-Hernandez, 36, Streamwood, was arrested March 28 at Diekman Street and Eastwood Drive on an Arlington Heights Police warrant charging driving with license suspended. Held on $5,000 bond plus $75 fee. Court date to be set.
Gerald M. Piper, 30, Woodstock, was arrested March 28 at Route 120 and Queen Anne Road on charges of failure to yield, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and no valid driver’s license. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 5.
Travis R. Surma, 20, Woodstock, was arrested April 1 in the 200 block of East Kimball Avenue on charges of failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 6.

Jeremy Kriske, 39, Wonder Lake, was arrested March 16 on two charges of battery.
Andre L. Chavez, 52, Wonder Lake, was arrested March 22 on a charge of domestic battery/bodily harm.
Jeffrey T. Clarkson, 43, Woodstock, was arrested March 25 on a charge of contempt of court.
Sarah E. Kenney, 40, Woodstock, was arrested March 26 on a charge of resisting/obstructing peace officer.
Juan C. Choca, 23, Wonder Lake, was arrested March 26 on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence if alcohol, possession of cannabis in motor vehicle outside approved container (driver), and failure to remain at scene of a vehicle damage accident.
