Joseph S. Westerberg, 35, Woodstock, was arrested March 17 at McConnell Road and Route 47 on charges of expired registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taken to jail. Bond $100. Court date April 20.
Estephany Hernandez, 26, Gurnee, was arrested March 18 at South Street and U.S. 14 on charges of improper lane usage, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date May 18.
Male juvenile, 17, Woodstock, was arrested March 19 at Route 47 and U.S. 14 on charges of expired registration and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 18.
Yaraldy Avilez Estrada, 21, Woodstock, was arrested March 19 at McHenry Avenue and Raffel Road on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $5,000 bond. Court date April 7.
Sean J. Gonzalez, 20, transient, was arrested March 21 in the 400 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of possession of cannabis (driver), possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Courtney Melvin, 36, Woodstock, was arrested March 22 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond $20,000 and $7,500. Court date to be set.
Jeffrey A. Mroczenski, 52, Woodstock, was arrested March 23 at Church and Washington streets on charges of improper lighting and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 27.
Stephanie E. Vich, 38, Marengo, was arrested March 23 in the 14000 block of West South Street on charges of speeding and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date April 27.
Luisa Sanchez, 21, Cary, was arrested March 23 at Dean Street and Hickory Lane on charges of failure to obey stop sign and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 18.
