Woodstock Police Department

Monica Long, 52, Woodstock, was arrested April 15 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a DuPage County warrant charging aggravated driving under the influence. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Justin J. Ortiz, 19, Woodstock, was arrested April 15 at U.S. 14 and Kishwaukee Valley Road on charges of expired registration and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 26.
Brenden A. Barkus, 23, Woodstock, was arrested April 16 in the 3600 block of Lily Pond Road on charges of driving under the influence of drugs (two counts), illegal possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle by driver, failure to report accident to police, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving in the wrong lane. Bond $3,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court dates May 19 and 26.
Jeffrey J. Soto, 47, Woodstock, was arrested April 16 at First and Clay streets on charges of disobeying a stop sign and driving while license revoked, a East Dundee Police warrant charging domestic battery, and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $15,000 and $2,500 bonds. Court dates May 18 and 26.
Alan J. Cervantes, 18, Woodstock, was arrested April 16 at Lake Avenue and Route 47 on charges of expired registration and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 26.
Martin Garcia-Rivera, 36, Crystal Lake, was arrested April 17 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on charges of speeding and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 17.
Daniel M. Degutis, 18, Woodstock, was arrested April 21 in the 600 block of Oak Street on charges of domestic violence (two counts) and interfering with reporting of domestic violence (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
David Ortiz Dominguez, 24, Woodstock, was arrested April 21 in the 300 block of Raffel Road on charges of speeding and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 2.
Jessica L. Warren, 42, Woodstock, was arrested in the 2200 block of Seminary Avenue on three charges of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
Josue D. Tolento, 34, Woodstock, was arrested April 21 at Lake Avenue and Madison Street on charges of failure to wear seat belt (driver) and no valid driver’s license and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Released after posting 10 percent of $7,500 and $2,500 bonds. Court dates May 12 and 26.
Demetria J. Howard, 29, Woodstock, was arrested April 21 in the 300 block of Putnam Street on charges of driving wrong way on one-way street and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 26.
William L. Branden, 43, Woodstock, was arrested April 21 at Madison and Jackson streets on charges of failure to signal when turning, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date May 26.

Paris N. Bryant, 47, Woodstock, was arrested April 13 on a charge of driving while driver’s license suspended or revoke.
Adam D. Burlack, 48, Wonder Lake, was arrested April 18 on a charge of domestic battery.
