  • Linda G. Podgorski, 51, Woodstock, was arrested April 9 in the 200 block of Joseph Street on charges of domestic battery (two counts) and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Cesar E. Gonzalez Marquez, 26, Elgin, was arrested April 10 in the 200 block of Main Street on a charge of aggravated battery (public place). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Bradley J. Burger, 58, transient, was arrested April 11 in the 300 block of Short Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $5,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Wilmer E. Vasquez Aguilar, 19, Woodstock, was arrested April 9 in the 200 block of East Calhoun Street on charges of no valid driver’s license and expired vehicle registration. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 26.
  • Tanner B. Heidtke, 22, transient, was arrested April 11 in the 600 block of Dane Street on a charge of criminal damage to property. Held on $100 bond. Court date to be set.
  • John Behl, 34, Carpentersville, was arrested April 11 in the 100 block of Van Buren Street on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. Held on $2,500 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Belen G. Estrada, 27, Woodstock, was arrested April 9 on charges of disregarding a stop sign, driving under the influence, and driving under the influence with blood-alcohol content over 0.08 percent. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrender of driver’s license. Court date May 19.
  • Daniel M. Brennan, 35, Woodstock, was arrested April 11 in the 300 block of Leah Lane on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Ryan M. Papp, 40, Woodstock, was arrested April 11 in the 300 block of South Eastwood Drive on a McHenry County warrant charging domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Tanner B. Heidtke, 22, transient, was arrested April 11 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of intimidation and harassment by telephone/death threats. Bond $20,000. Taken to jail. Court date to be set.
  • Herbert L. Peters, 62, Gilberts, was arrested April 12 in the 800 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of using electronic communication device while driving and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 19.
  • Liliana Rivas-Pineda, 33, Carpentersville, was arrested April 13 in the 200 block of North Benton Street on a charge of battery. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date May 26.
  • Jordan T. Bray, 32, transient, was arrested April 14 in the 1200 block of Lake Avenue on charges of criminal trespass to property, unlawful use of intoxicating compounds, and retail theft. Held on $100 bond. Court date May 5.
