Woodstock Police Department

Male juvenile, 15, Woodstock, was arrested April 7 at Throop and Calhoun streets on charges of failure to signal when required and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 25.
Jair O. Diaz, 18, Wonder Lake, was arrested April 8 at Dick Tracy Way and Fremont Street on charges of driving under the influence (two counts), possession of cannabis (driver), possession of open alcohol in vehicle; possession of cannabis under 21, possession of alcohol under 21, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal (two counts), and disobeying a stop sign (two counts). Released with notice to appear in court after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date May 25.
Veronica L. Ramirez, 28, Aurora, was arrested April 8 in the 300 block of North Madison Street on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with blood-alcohol over 0.08 percent, and possession of cannabis (driver). Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date May 25.
Yesenia Mercado Bernal, 21, Harvard, was arrested April 8 in the 11800 block of McConnell Road on charges of speeding and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date June 1.
Blas Hernandez, 24, Carpentersville, was arrested May 9 at Calhoun and Tryon streets on charges of expired registration and driving while license suspended. Released with notice to appear in court. Court date June 1.
Manual R. Pedroza, 46, Marengo, was arrested April 10 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging driving while license revoked. Released after posting 10 percent of $7,500 bond. Court date April 17.
Female juvenile, 15, Marengo, was arrested April 11 in the 100 block of Grove Street on a charge of battery. Released to parent. Court date to be set.
Cathleen M. Mahony, 52, Woodstock, was arrested April 13 in the 700 block of Prairie View Lane on two charges of domestic battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.

Anthony D. Morrison, 50, Wonder Lake, was arrested April 5 on a charge of driving while license revoked/suspended for driving under the influence, third offense.
Kyle R. Larke, 30 Wonder Lake, was arrested April 6 on charges of domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/other prior offense.
Donald J. Klasen, 64, Woodstock, was arrested April 8 on a charge of domestic battery/physical contact.
Fidel Gonzalez, 38, Woodstock, was arrested April 10 on a charge of domestic battery/physical contact.
