  • William F. Shula, 45, Crystal Lake, was arrested July 25 in the 3700 block of Doty Road on a charge of aggravated battery. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Craig J. Whittington, 37, Woodstock, was arrested July 25 in the 200 block of East Donovan Avenue on a charge of violating an order of protection. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Devis M. Goss, 24, Woodstock, was arrested July 27 in the 1900 block of Charles Street on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear in court. Held on $5,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Jordan T. Bray, 31, Woodstock, was arrested July 28 in the 2100 block of Lake Avenue on a charge of illegal use of intoxicating compound. Held on $100 bond. Court date Aug. 26.
  • Julio C. Chavez, 31, Woodstock, was arrested July 28 in the 1400 block of Commons Drive on a charge of battery. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date Aug. 20.
  • Martin Urbina, 41, Wonder Lake, was arrested July 29 at Routes 120 and 47 on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal and driving while license suspended. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date Sept. 2.
  • Argenis Ortiz, 25, Ingleside, was arrested July 29 near Country Club and Zimmerman roads on charges of speeding and driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date Sept. 2.
  • Edgar Callejas-Vazquez, 19, Woodstock, was arrested July 29 in the 14000 block of West South Street on charges of driving under the influence, driving under the influence over 0.08 percent blood-alcohol content, and illegal transportation of alcohol. Released after posting 10 percent of $1,000 bond and surrendering driver’s license. Court date Sept. 2.

  • Cedric M. Hammond, 37, Woodstock, was arrested July 26 on charges of domestic battery/bodily harm and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
  • Nicholas A. Lopez, 26, Woodstock, was arrested July 26 on charges of delivery of 1-15 grams of cocaine and possession of controlled substance.
