  • Abiel Arellano-Francisco, 19, Woodstock, was arrested April 16 at South and Throop streets on charges of disobeying a stop sign and no valid driver’s license. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 21.
  • Alfredo D. Jordan, 21, Woodstock, was arrested April 16 in the 200 block of Benton Street on a Lake County warrant charging failure to appear. Held on $50,000 bond. Court date to be set.
  • Robert P. Burtcher, 53, transient, was arrested April 18 in the 1200 block of David Road on a McHenry County warrant charging contempt of court. Bond $500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date April 27.
  • Arthur E. Johnson, 65, transient, was arrested April 18 in the 2000 block of Willow Brooke Drive on a charge of criminal trespass to property. Bond $100. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 27.

  • Arthur E. Johnson, 65, transient, was arrested April 19 in the 2000 block of Willow Brooke Drive on a charge of criminal trespass to property. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date June 3.
  • Marco A. Talavera, 28, Woodstock, was arrested April 20 at Eastwood Drive and Irving Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging contempt of court. Bond $100. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 3.
  • Jose A. Arellano, 19, Woodstock, was arrested April 20 in the 200 block of South Madison Street on charges of failure to signal when required and no valid driver’s license. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 27.
  • Matthew D. Jablonski, 19, Woodstock, was arrested April 20 on Raffel Road near Route 120 on charges of no front registration plate, possession of controlled substance (two counts), and possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (driver). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Anthony J. Justen, 18, Woodstock, was arrested April 20 on Raffel Road near Route 120 on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of cannabis in motor vehicle (passenger). Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Courtney Melvin, 34, Woodstock, was arrested April 21 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on charges of expired registration and driving while license suspended and a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear. Bonds $2,500 and $5,000. Released on personal recognizance. Court dates May 11 and May 27.
  • Carlos Alvarez, 32, Harvard, was arrested April 22 at Borden Lane and Kishwaukee Valley Road on charges of disobeying stop sign and driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 27.

  • 5:25 p.m. – 2100 block of Lake Avenue, unintentional alarm system activation, no fire; engine

April 20

  • 10:05 a.m. – 400 block of South Eastwood Drive, unintentional alarm system activation, no fire; truck, shift commander, ambulance

April 21

  • 9:46 a.m. – Lake Avenue and U.S. 14, traffic accident with injuries; engine, shift commander, ambulance
