Hebenstreit, 34, Bartlett, was arrested April 6 at Eastwood Drive and McConnell Road on charges of unlawful possession of controlled substance (three counts), driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed, and improper display of license plate. Taken to jail. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Jaime Zapata-Torres, 34, Woodstock, was arrested April 7 in the 2500 block of South Eastwood Drive on charges of speeding and driving while license revoked. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 13.
  • Deborah M. Palmer, 50, McHenry, was arrested April 7 in the 600 block of Lake Avenue on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear. Released after posting 10 percent of $10,000 bond. Court date May 12.
  • Devin D. Sims, 30, Chicago, was arrested April 7 at Country Club and Zimmerman roads on a charge of driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 13.
  • Joseph C. Monack, 31, Woodstock, was arrested April 8 at Madison and Church streets on charges of failure to operate headlights, disobeying a stop sign, and resisting a peace officer. Released after posting $100 bond. Court date May 20.
  • Anthony D. Sode, 18, Bartlett, was arrested April 8 at Judd Street and Eastwood Drive on a charge of unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date may 21.
  • Michael T. Zuzevich, 19, Elgin, was arrested April 8 at Judd Street and Eastwood Drive on a charge of unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date may 21.
  • Timothy Lee Jr., 33, Chicago, was arrested April 9 at Madison Street and Greenwood Avenue on charges of improper display of license plate and no valid driver’s license. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 27.
  • John G. Partipilo, 45, Lake in the Hills, was arrested April 9 in the first block of Church Street on a DuPage County warrant charging failure to appear. Released after posting 10 percent of $3,000 bond plus $75 notice to appear fee. Court date May 10.
  • Michael T. Revenaugh, 27, Woodstock, was arrested April 9 at McConnell and Zimmerman roads on charges of driving while license suspended and speeding. Released after posting 10 percent of $2,500 bond. Court date May 20.
  • Van W. Brautigam, 52, transient, was arrested April 10 in the 100 block of South Eastwood Drive on a McHenry County warrant charging failure to appear. Bond $1,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date April 20.
  • Jonathan Jara, 32, Woodstock, was arrested April 11 in the 400 block of North Seminary Avenue on charges of aggravated domestic battery (strangulation) and domestic battery (two counts). Taken to jail. Bond an court date to be set.
  • Paul E. Schieler, 55, Woodstock, was arrested April 11 in the 300 block of North Madison Street on a charge of criminal trespass to building. Bond $100. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 27.
  • Zoe K. Zumwalt, 21, Madison, Wis., was arrested April 12 at U.S. 14 and Rose Farm Road on a charge of driving while license revoked. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 20.
  • Marquise E. Murray, 18, Carpentersville, was arrested April 13 in the 200 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of possession of a handgun without a FOID card. Bond $100. Release on personal recognizance. Court date May 27.
  • Male juvenile, 17, Carpentersville, was arrested April 13 in the 200 block of South Eastwood Drive on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon. Taken to Kane County Juvenile Justice Center. Bond and court date to be set.
  • Joseph R. Gersch, 23, Cary, was arrested April 16 at Church and Madison streets on charges of disobeying stop sign and driving while license suspended. Bond $2,500. Released on personal recognizance. Court date May 20.
