Wilma Moore

Wilma Moore, 75, Woodstock, died Friday, June 8, 2012, at Florida Hospital Celebration Health, Celebration, Fla.

She was born May 29, 1937, in Womack, Neb., to Oluf H. and Margaret N. (Nestor) Knudsen.  

On Oct. 19, 1957, she married Odis H. Moore.

She enjoyed sewing and quilting, as well as reading, gardening, watching wildlife and camping.  

Most of all, she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Lori (James) Koch and Margene (Ted) Poulos; two sons, Michael Moore and Richard (Wendy) Moore; nine grandchildren, Jaime Koch, Courtney (Adam) Lockinger, Jeremy (Jessica) Koch, Heather Poulos, Nicholas Poulos, Alex Moore, Brittany Moore, Dawn Moore and Richard Moore; nine great-grandchildren, C’Anna Densen, Caitlyn Talley, Jayden Talley, Bailey Koch, Ethan Koch, Maeva Koch, Madysen Lockinger, Elysabeth Lockinger and Benjamin Moore; and a brother, Leroy Knudsen.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

The visitation and funeral service were June 15 at the Schneider-Leucht-Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home, Woodstock.  

Interment was at McHenry County Memorial Park Cemetery, Woodstock.
