Virginia T. Betts, 78, Woodstock, formerly of Park Ridge, died Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, at Centegra Hospital-McHenry.
She was born Sept. 1, 1937, to Walter and Augusta Scislowicz, Chicago.
Survivors include four children, Robert, John, Sharon (Ray) Ritthamel and Michelle; a brother, Walter Scislowicz; six grandchildren, Kyle, Trevor, Jake, Daniel, Sam and Adam; a brother, Walter; two nieces, Gail and Susan; and two nephews, William and Steven.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert M. Betts; a sister, Anne Mazer; and a brother, Edward Scislowicz.
Services were private.
